Dtsheridan. It's a common misconception that RTE rejected Father Ted. They were never offered it, as the writers had a preexisting working relationship with Channel 4.

Thank you for calling out Mrs Browns Boys for being the pile of shite it is. English people find it funny but Scots and the Irish don't find it funny in the slightest. Unsure on the Welsh, no polling data available.

Father Ted was an Irish written and made show, but funded by British TV, as Irish TV was to worried about offending the church. Made in theid 90s. Delighted to hear Mitch likes it 🍀
